Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the harness is placed back in its original luxury packaging with all tags attached to prevent damage to the leather during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
